Description
Announced at the 2002 Paris Motor Show, the Enzo was designed by Pininfarina head of design, Ken Okuyama. As is custom with newly unveiled models, the company sent invitations to existing customers, specifically those who had previously bought the F40 and F50. All 399 cars were sold in this manner prior to production. In 2004 the 400th and final production car was built and donated to the Vatican for a charity auction. It commanded $1.1 million.
Specs: 650 horsepower, 3000 pounds, 218 mph top speed, 0-60 in 3.14 seconds, 0-100 in 6.6 seconds with a quarter-mile time around 11 seconds.
